Refund & Return Policy

At Blue Pulse (blue-pulse.in), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and ensuring client satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and returns.


1. Nature of Services

Blue Pulse provides digital services including website development, marketing, automation, and AI-based solutions. Due to the intangible and customized nature of these services, returns are not applicable once work has commenced.


2. Refund Policy

  • Payments made are generally non-refundable once the project or service has started.
  • If a project is canceled before any work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or consultation charges.
  • In case of service dissatisfaction, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through revisions or adjustments.

3. Project Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation before the project starts.
  • Once the project is in progress, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds (if any) will depend on the work completed.

4. Revisions & Adjustments

We offer revisions as per the agreed project scope. Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra charges.


5. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by lack of communication or input from the client
  • Completed services or delivered milestones
  • Third-party costs (ads spend, tools, hosting, etc.)

6. Third-Party Services

Any payments made toward third-party platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, hosting, or software tools are non-refundable and subject to their respective policies.


7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
